Technical Sales Representative

Full-time; salary +commissions

MBS' Technical Sales Representatives are responsible for identifying, developing and servicing our technical customers who have or are interesting in acquiring our antibody related products and services to achieve the company's sales goals.

The Technical Sales Representative interacts with researchers and technical procurement individuals to identify specific needs for products and services to support their research or product development needs. The Technical Sales Representative will interact with the MBS technical staff to establish the appropriate products and services to provide technical solutions to the customer base. The Technical Sales Representative will also work to develop long term customer relationships that make MBS an integral partner in the customer's research and product development projects.

Job Requirements

5 years experience selling technical product or services to the scientific community. Outstanding interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to employ active listening and questioning capability to identify problems and propose appropriate solutions. Ability to actively absorb and apply technical product and services training. Organized, goal oriented individual that can execute in a fast paced environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline is required. Masters degree preferred
