I have over 20 years of experience in the health care field. The last 12 years have been in clinical research; managing of remote employees and projects. During this time, I have successfully demonstrated the ability to function in roles of increasing responsibility. I have been able to achieve these goals with a high level of effectiveness, using critical thinking skills and diplomacy.
My experiences include developing and managing specialty projects, developing and managing people, internal and FDA audits, SOP development and Good Clinical Practice utilization, as well as, extensive electronic data capture development. The skills I have developed along with my work ethic and dedication to success allow me to function as a strong independent contributor and a team player.
